Praktijkverpleegkundige Leentje Van Gijsel

Sinds 1 september is Leentje Van Gijsel onze vaste praktijkverpleegkundige. Zij zal elke dag, behalve maandag, in de praktijk aanwezig zijn. U kan bij haar afspraken maken van 5 minuten of 30 minuten.

De afspraken van 5 minuten dienen voor bloedafnames en vaccinaties. De afspraken van 30 minuten kan u inplannen voor wondverzorging, voorschriften medicatie, onderzoeken voor operaties of administratie (bvb. papieren voor verzekeringen, aanvraag rolstoel,…) U kan online een afspraak maken via de website of telefonisch via het secretariaat op 03/755.12.10. U kan haar ook mailen via vpk@proximus.be.

Diëtiste/diabeteseducator en eerstelijnspsycholoog 

Nicole Verstraeten is diëtiste en diabeteseducator. U kan bij haar een afspraak maken voor dieetadvies en/of extra begeleiding bij diabetes.  Zij zal 1x per maand op woensdagnamiddag in de praktijk aanwezig zijn. Vraag uw arts om meer informatie.

Laurien Sillis is eerstelijnspsychologe en versterkt ons team vanaf 26/03/2025. Zij zal ook op woensdagnamiddag in de praktijk aanwezig zijn. Hier vindt u alvast iets meer informatie over wat een eerstelijnspsychologe voor u kan betekenen en wat de kostprijs is.
U heeft hiervoor een aanmeldingsformulier nodig. Indien u graag een afspraak wil, kan u dit invullen en meebrengen naar de volgende consultatie.

Patiëntenstop

Om continuïteit van zorg voor onze patiënten te garanderen, heeft onze praktijk een patiëntenstop. Bent u een nieuwe bewoner van Haasdonk en heeft u nog geen huisarts in de buurt? Contacteer ons op infohuisartsenhaasdonk@proximus.be. Vermeld zeker uw adres en de naam van uw vorige huisarts.
